This Whole Home in Brookpark, Ohio renovation project was done for Mike & Cheryl R. They purchased this home through the lenders 203k loan program. This type of purchase allows the buyer to borrow on future value of the home in updated condition. Once the loan closes the buyer and contractor make required improvements and then the bank approves all work and forwards funds to the contractor after completion. The project itself entailed several days of demo and then Remodel Me Today installed new flooring (laminate and carpet) throughout the kitchen, family room and living room as well as ceramic tile in the two bathrooms. Additionally, the property had stress cracks throughout the home, all of which were repaired and the ceilings on the lower level were all re-textured. New cabinets in the kitchen and one of the bathrooms were also installed.
