Team Bios
Brian Pauley – Founder & President
Brian Pauley is the founder of RMT Studio and brings over 25 years of experience in the remodeling industry. He leads the company with a commitment to delivering a refined, high-end remodeling experience centered on thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and clear communication. Brian works closely with both clients and his team to ensure each project is executed with precision and care. He is passionate about helping homeowners transform their houses into forever homes they love and can enjoy for years to come.
Chris Pauley — Bookkeeper & Administrative Support
Chris has been a cornerstone of the business for decades, bringing a strong background in banking, operations, and financial management. She oversees bookkeeping, financial reporting, and administrative systems that keep RMT Studio running smoothly behind the scenes. Chris works closely with the team to ensure accuracy, accountability, and clarity across all projects. And while Brian may technically be in charge, it’s widely understood who keeps everything truly in order.
Shawn Lyle — Project Manager
With over seven years at RMT Studio and 30+ years industry experience, Shawn brings deep expertise in construction methods, building codes, and project execution. He provides leadership across multiple projects, supporting field teams while ensuring every detail aligns with plan and expectation. Known for his thoughtful problem-solving and steady presence, Shawn helps navigate challenges with clarity and confidence. His commitment to doing things the right way reflects our standard of quality and respect for every home we work in.
Alicia Hughes — Project Coordinator
Alicia plays a central role in transforming ideas into well-planned, executable projects. Having grown from hands-on field experience into a leadership position, she now oversees project documentation, layouts, and coordination with precision. Alicia works closely with clients, vendors, and the production team to ensure clarity before construction begins. Her organization, drive, and commitment to continuous improvement help create a smooth and predictable experience for our clients.
Abbie Vermilye — Material Coordinator
Abbie supports the heartbeat of our production by ensuring materials, tools, and logistics are always aligned with the needs of the project. She manages inventory, coordinates deliveries, and keeps both the warehouse and job sites organized and efficient. With a hands-on background in the trades, she understands the importance of preparation and timing. Her role helps eliminate delays and supports a clean, professional job site—an important part of the client experience.
Jeff Fehrenbaker — Project Lead
Jeff leads projects in the field with a strong focus on craftsmanship, communication, and client satisfaction. With a lifelong background in the trades, he brings a well-rounded skill set and a particular eye for detail in finish work. Jeff takes pride in maintaining a positive relationship with homeowners while delivering work that meets RMT’s high standards. His dedication ensures each project reflects both quality construction and a respectful client experience.
Colin MacIvor — Project Lead
Colin has grown with RMT Studio over the years, developing into a dependable and skilled field leader through hands-on experience. He leads projects while also mentoring newer team members, helping to build the next generation of craftsmen within the company. Known for his work ethic and loyalty, Colin approaches each project with consistency and care. His continued growth reflects our commitment to both our people and our clients.
Justin Sipes — Junior Project Lead
Justin is a rising leader within RMT Studio, supporting project execution while continuing to expand his knowledge across multiple trades. He brings strong communication skills and a natural curiosity that drives him to fully understand each aspect of the work. Justin collaborates closely with both team members and clients to keep projects moving forward efficiently. His attention to detail and growth mindset makes him an important part of delivering a high-level client experience.
Jeremy “Jay” Reiger — Lead Assistant
Jay has been a valued member of the RMT Studio team since 2021, supporting project execution with a strong foundation across multiple trades. He brings hands-on experience in finishing work, electrical, and plumbing, with a focus on maintaining clean, organized, and professional job sites. Known for his quiet, steady approach, Jay takes pride in doing things the right way and contributing to a positive client experience. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors fishing and hunting.
James Riggle — Production Team
James joined RMT Studio in 2025 and brings a quiet, focused approach to his work. He is known for his exceptional attention to detail and the pride he takes in delivering quality craftsmanship on every project. James consistently works to ensure each task is completed to a high standard, contributing to a clean and professional job site. As he continues to grow, he is working toward developing into a future team leader within RMT Studio.
