One of the key upgrades in this project was the installation of custom cabinetry throughout the kitchen. This modification dramatically improved the livability and accessibility of the entire first floor.

To complete the transformation, over 1,500 square feet of Cortec luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring was installed throughout the first floor. This durable and stylish flooring solution complements the custom cabinetry and ties together the entire renovation with a cohesive look. It’s especially well-suited for high-traffic areas like the kitchen and living room, offering both performance and design appeal.
