Travis and Ross of Berea recently purchased their 30-year-old ranch home. The floor plan was ideal for their life style but the kitchen was in need of some dire TLC. This Berea kitchen renovation had dated paneling in all areas and an island with suspended cabinets above making it very dysfunctional. The kitchen remodel started by gutting the entire area to the studs, reinsulating the older deteriorated batted insulation with new R-15 batting, piping an exhaust fan to the exterior of the home, reworking electrical and lighting to add pendants and under counter lighting. Rerouting plumbing for the new functional island. The finishing of this kitchen remodel included new cabinetry, with quartz counters and LVP flooring. In addition to the kitchen remodel, RMT also remodeled the dining area and half bath off the kitchen remodel.
