A large island and a custom coffee bar became focal points, while new flooring tied the kitchen into the entryway, laundry, and half bath. To top it off, a rebuilt exterior wall allowed for the installation of a three-panel patio door, flooding the space with natural light and outdoor views.

Expanding the Project with Ease

As the project progressed, the homeowners realized it was the perfect time to update other areas too. We redesigned the laundry room with new cabinetry and lighting, refreshed the living room with upgraded fixtures, added French doors to the office, and installed new carpeting and paint throughout the main floor. New baseboards gave the interior a polished finish, while outside, fresh vinyl siding and updated gutters boosted curb appeal. Every time the clients asked if we could take on another task, the answer was simple: “Yes, we can.”
