This Basement in Avon, Ohio project was a custom bar creation for Mark in Avon, Ohio. The challenge for this project was that the basement was already finished and there was no existing plumbing for the wet bar area. The closest tie in it was approximately 30 feet from where the sink location was to be and was in the floor. Remodel Me Today needed to open the wall and bust into the cement floor in the furnace room to tie into the drain and water lines. The bar was finished with a kegorater, bar fridge with 150 can capacity, granite counters and Kraftmaid cabinets. During the opening of the wall it was discovered that the client had water infiltration coming through their poured cement walls. RMT also sealed the water issue with an expanding epoxy and sealed the one eighth inch crack with top coat epoxy to eliminate this issue.
