This Addition in Berea, Ohio project was done for Mary M in Berea Ohio. It was a home addition Berea Ohio project which consisted of removing an existing screened porch and demo of an existing garage and carport. These were replaced with a new bonus sun-room with laundry facilities to allow homeowner a first floor laundry. Additionally, we placed a breezeway between the new two car garage to allow Mary to exit to her vehicle without having to deal with any weather issues. During the construction of the addition it was discovered that the existing roof on the home was in poor condition. Mary asked us to add the roof to her project as well. The last item of business was siding the entire house once the addition was complete and installation of new seamless gutters with gutter guards. Since the completion of the addition Mary has had us back to install a whole house generator system.
